STORY 5

How my mother cured me of ascarides

If one begins from the very early childhood, then my mother's curing me of ascarides has produced a great impression on me.

I was a patient myself and I was therefore also a witness of the cure. I was still at a pre-school age, perhaps 5 or 6 years old, however big enough to memorise important aspects and even to draw some interesting conclusions.

Ascariasis is an infection of the small intestine caused by Ascaris lumbricoides, which is a species of roundworm.

Children are known to often become infected when they do not wash their hands after playing in contaminated soil. Children who are 3 to 8 years old are most often infected.

As of now,I do not remember any symptoms or manifestations of the disease. But I do remember very well the remedy used by my mother. It was santonica (Levant wormseed, wormseed). I can unmistakably recognise it by taste even now when many years have passed.

I had to chew and swallow it. True, I did not do it from the very beginning. At first my mother chewed a handful of the stuff herself and then gave it me to finish chewing and swallow it. Insofar as I remember, the procedure lasted minimum several days, but maybe even a week or even longer.

But I do perfectly remember that once a big helminth sprung out into my pot. I saw it with my own eyes. Afterwards, I well remember a woman physician coming. She scolded my mother for her independent action, which had not been authorised by medical profession.

Thereafter, the woman doctor took my ascaride to preserve it in alcohol. They did not have such an exhibit at the polyclinic as she explained. So one cannot exclude that my ascaride has been serving as an exhibit since then until now as it may be alcoholised for an infinitely long time.

Sure enough, from the very beginning I perceived that reprimand on the doctor's part regarding my mother's independent action as a queer thing. My mother was a real hero for me in the case beyond doubt because she had succeeded in curing me, whereas the medical profession has failed to do so and nothing less than brought shame upon itself. I managed to draw such a conclusion as early as being a small child. It is really wonderful.

STORY 4 SUCCESSFUL SELF-SURGERY OF SMALL FESTERING WOUNDS

Sometimes I happened to have a festering wound, most often on my hands. Such a situation usually occurred, if the wound had not been properly cleaned, disinfected by solution of iodine or eau de Cologne, and covered with bandage or sticking-plaster in due time, i.e. immediately after an injury. In such a case, it developed pus, a white or yellow, thick fluid.

I noticed that the wound-festering process was similar to that of boil development very much. And even the painfulness was the same. In fact, the only difference was an explicit penetration of the morbific substance for the festering wounds from without, in contrast to the boils, where there was no apparent evidence of such a penetration. That is why I began treating such wounds in the same manner as the boils.

All such mini-surgical treatments were always successful. It is difficult to say how many times I operated on such wounds, perhaps a dozen of times or so. The last time it was only several years ago. I did not notice a small wound arisen when working in my garden and therefore failed to clean, disinfect, and isolate it from the environment in due time.

I have no doubts that should a new such small wound arise, I shall excellently cope with it myself, without taking medical advice. In my opining, taking medical advice regarding such a trifle is not expedient. Let physicians tackle more difficult cases.

STORY 3 SUCCESSFUL SELF-SURGERY OF BOILS (FURUNCLES)

When being in the fifth class of the school I went to I had to tackle another health problem, viz., that of boils (furuncles). It was a very unpleasant phenomenon.

Insofar as I understand it, a boil is a suppuration under one's skin or therein. At first, the skin turns red in the area of the suppuration, and a tender lump develops. After several days or a week, the lump starts turning white because pus collects under the skin.

If one does nothing with his boil, in the end it usually bursts itself, the pus oozes out, and everything heals up by itself. But this process is rather long (a week or two weeks) and quite painful, the pain increasing until the very breakthrough of the pus, when a relief takes place at once.

I passed through such a process once or twice, a boil being located on my loins or buttocks. However, boils started appearing on my face. At that point my patience ended up. I did a small surgical intervention. As I was a great book fan, I knew something about sterility and disinfection. That is why I took a vial of triple eau de Cologne, available at home, damped a piece of cotton wool therewith, and applied the eau de Cologne to the boil, the skin around it, and my fingers. Then I dipped an ordinary sewing needle into the vial with eau de Cologne and pierced the boil with the needle. Thereafter I compressed the boil by my fingers and squeezed the pus out. Finally, I cauterized the hole in the boil by the same eau de Cologne in pressing the vial neck thereto, turning it bottom up, and keeping it in such a position for several minutes. Then I applied a sticking-plaster to the ex-boil place.  This surgical intervention turned out to be a great success.

Thereafter I began to cope with other boils rather easily. I even stopped waiting for the appearance of a pus-filled boil to carry out my surgical intervention, but did so when only the first symptoms of the ailment emerged. In so doing, I had to squeeze out some blood of abnormal colour, rather than pus. The more blood I succeeded in squeezing out, the better the result was.

Most often a single mini-surgical intervention was enough for a boil to disappear. But sometimes there were cases when a new boil emerged near a healed old one soon after such an intervention. I explained it by pyogenic substance not being squeezed out well enough when carrying out such an operation. I neutralized an arisen new boil in the same manner as the first one. Sometimes I had to perform several punctures by needle, rather than a single one, to better squeeze out the morbific substance. Also, sometimes I did a small cut by razor blade, rather than a puncture by needle, toward this end.

In any case, at that time I succeeded in coping with approximately two dozens of boils. The battle with the boils lasted for about half a year or a year. Afterwards the boils disappeared. And they have not reappeared until now when I am in my sixty-seventh year.

I ought to confess that I do not believe in the infectious nature of this disease. I perfectly remember that there had been no scratches or abrasions through which an infection could penetrate in the places on my face where the boils appeared. Moreover, in the case when a boil reappeared after my mini-surgical intervention it did arise on the skin portion undamaged by my tool, rather than on that damaged by it. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of an infection through the skin, a sudden appearance and equally sudden disappearance of this disease seems to be strange. As a matter of fact, if an infection through a damaged skin in the form of scratches or abrasions had given rise to the disease, then the latter would have reappeared during my life, which has not changed regarding prevention of such damages. Everything testifies to the fact that the source of those boils was an internal morbific substance, of which my organism strove to get rid. As soon as that substance was removed from the organism, boils did not appear any more, in spite of scratches and abrasions.

STORY 2 SUCCESSFUL SELF-CURE OF RHEUMATISM OF KNEE JOINTS

My having become a witness of the successful cure of my aunt's echinococcosis, described in Story 1, is likely to have exerted a profound influence on me. You see that it was not difficult to notice that the surgical treatment, i.e. the dogmatic orthodox treatment by official medicine had been able to ensure the patient's life only for half a year, whereas the non-orthodox and even illegal treatment with per-oral mercury dichloride had given about 20 years of life to the patient. It was a very great difference. Moreover, there was no need to wait for 20 years to elapse because already after half a year it became quite clear that the latter treatment was more efficient than the former.

That is why when having a health problem after having had the above experience I began looking for my own problem solution. At that time I still went to my primary school, but more that half a year has elapsed since the Epopee of fighting the aunt's echinococcosis.

I began having knee pains at night. I suffered from the pains so much that I could not sleep at night. Physicians told me that it was a rheumatism in the knee, but failed to help me.
After all I found a way to cope with the problem myself. I must confess that I have not seen any description of a similar remedy for rheumatic pains of knee joints.

In short, I learnt to get rid of such pains by means of squatting. Every time when I began suffering from such aching in my knee joints, preventing me from sleeping, I got up and did 100 squats. Such a remedy always helped me without failure. Then I went to bed and fell asleep without problems. True, on the next day I always had pains in the leg muscles as a concomitant consequence of my cure. However, it did not trouble me at all. As a matter of fact, the pains in the leg muscles did not hamper my sleep, a discomfort thereof could be hardly compared with the rheumatic pains, they were felt only when moving, and they did not last for a long time, disappearing in several days.

It should be probably noted that the described rheumatic pains occurred from time to time during several years. Every time I applied the remedy invented by me to them. The pain fits took place ever more seldom, until they ceased for ever.

By the way, I do not think that 100 squats were quite indispensable to achieve such a good result. Perhaps less or more squats could also help. But I believe that one should squat as many times as is necessary to give a good load on the muscles. The latter is shown by pains in the muscles on the next day.

Unfortunately, at that time I did not guess that it would have been better to wait for appearance of pains in the knees, but to get ahead of them by regular squatting. But after all I hit upon this idea and began squatting on a regular basis in the morning. It is apparently for this reason that pains in my knees have disappeared and do not return. No pains appear in the leg muscles after 100 squats either. Perhaps it may be accounted for by regular load on the muscles. This experience of an independent and successful cure with the help of physical culture testifies to a favourable influence of physical activities on human health.

STORY 1 MERCURY BICHLORIDE AGAINST ECHINOCOCCUS

This case pertains to my very first life experience at the age of the first school classes. It was not I, but a sister of my mother who was ill. She lived in a village of Andreyevka, located 7 km from the railway station of Itatka (Region of Tomsk). But I already was a rather well-developed child to attentively observe and memorise all varieties of that case. The aunt Ganefa, as I used to call her, fell ill with a rather rare, but very dangerous, parasitic disease. It was an echinococcosis of the liver. Insofar as I remember it according to narrations of my mother, the aunt herself believed that she had got that infection after having drunk water from a puddle or wash on a hot day. I believe that it is a plausible reason.

Insofar as I know, she was operated on several times in the in Novosibirsk, but not in Tomsk, which was located nearer to her domicile. The last time two thirds or three quarters of her liver were cut out. However, her doctors failed to cope with the parasite and discharged her from hospital after having told that she would not live longer than half a year. The disease was not treated but by surgery by the official medicine at that time.

It was my mother who engaged herself to save the aunt Ganefa. At that time I lived with mother and grandmother in Tomsk. A man gave her a piece of advice. His name was never pronounced. I remember a doctor's assistant being referred to. He must have been educated as far back as before the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917, That is he was a representative of the old pre-revolutionary Tsarist medicine. In any case, I feel a great respect for him. In short, he advised to make use of mercury dichloride. This mercurial was strictly forbidden to use as a medication by official medicine at the time under description. Well, the prohibition does not seem to have been discontinued nowadays.

The prohibition was circumvented with the help of some friends. The patient got a bottle of 500-700 ml. I do not know the precise prescription to be used. But it seems that maximum one or two drops per day were to be used because such a bottle sufficed for a long time. The bottle having been emptied, my mother procured the second, then the third, etc.

As a result, my aunt has lived for about 20 years, rather than half a year, as her doctors promised. Moreover, she is likely to have died more from old age, than from echinococcosis. Last time I met her after my having graduated from the university. She was at a venerable age. The only peculiarity noticed by me was as follows: her whites of the eyes became yellow.

Introduction of Physician for Himself

Hi, I am 66 years old. I made up my mind to become a blogger. Until now I have been only a commentator at other blogs and sites. But such a situation has ceased to satisfy me. There are several reasons hereto. First, I rapidly become a persona non grata at many sites, and one deprives me of any possibility to comment. Second, there are cases when I would like to comment on some information material. But the site that contains such a material does not allow doing it.

The topic of this my first blog is alternative medicine, viz., naturopathy or natural hygiene. In other words, I want to show in using my own example that one can rather successfully cure many diseases by natural or unusual means without resorting to conventional pharmaceutics, surgery or other treatment methods of the official medicine in many cases.

Sure enough, this standpoint contradicts the viewpoint of the official medicine, which insists that only a qualified physician may cure. But my life experience shows otherwise. I shall refer thereto and tell true stories of diseases, whose self-treatment is impossible from the viewpoint of the official medicine.

At my age many people suffer from many diseases and are frequenters of chemists shops. Meanwhile, I do not complain about my health. I visit chemists shops very seldom and by there mainly only sticking-plaster. Moreover, I go in for running and physical culture under open sky, dive into an ice-hole and sleep outdoors in summer and winter (in a sleeping-bag in winter).

I do not recommend making use of treatment methods described by me, but advise everybody to apply to a physician regarding all diseases. As you know, people are very different. A successful treatment for one person may not produce the same result for another person. However, if anybody wants to use one of my methods, he shall be bound to take responsibility for a conceivable failure.
